The Charles Mansfield Educator Scholarship was established on April 10, 2006 on the occasion of the death of Cathy Rolland’s father. The earnings from the endowment will subsidize the conference fee for any educator (supervisory or non-supervisory) who would otherwise be unable to attend.
Cathy was the first president of ECE-RJ. She has been the moving force in the founding and growth of the organization; her father was extremely proud of all her efforts. This fund was created as a tribute to them both.
